beef carpaccio
crostini, pickled fennel, créme fraiche, chive

herbed goat cheese canapes
tomato confit, shaved radish, arugula, aged balsamic

paired with Domaine de la Quilla Muscadet

Salad & Pasta Course:

mizuna & heirloom tomato salad
house made mozzarella, toasted hazelnuts, mustard seed vinaigrette

shrimp & spinach agnolotti
spicy chorizo broth, bay scallops, squid ink agnolotti, grilled ramps

paired with Chateau Petit de Thouars both Rose and Cabernet Franc Red

Entree Course:

grilled cowboy ribeye
chimichurri, pearl onions, roasted new potatoes, piquillo pepper purée

roasted barramundi
baby carrots, roasted fennel, dill emulsion

paired with Domaine Vacheron Sancerre blanc (sauvignon blanc) and Chateau de Sancerre rouge (pinot noir)
